RailHope International was founded in 1926 as International Railway Mission (IRM) and is an interdenominational federation with members (associations), chapters or contacts.

The National Associations Contacts are the members of the RailHope International General Assembly which is the highest decision-making body of RailHope International. All present national representatives of associations that have full membership are entitled to vote on RailHope International matters; maintaining the fellowship of RailHope in the spirit of unity and collaboration.


RailHope Member Associations are full members of the RailHope International fellowship. Each country has a national representative on the RailHope International General Assembly.

RailHope Switzerland: The Swiss RailHope has been a Christian, non-denominational association since 1908 and is composed of rail and public transport personnel. RailHope Indonisia: At the General Assembly in 2022 Indonesia was welcomed into full membership of the RailHope International fellowship. We pray that RailHope Indonesia will be a force for good in the land and have the boldness and wisdom to spread the love of God throughout the country, spreading the Word of God on the railway with colleagues and passengers.
